Is this a recast of an existing figure, or just a random Rocketeer helmet?

I have no idea why I bought this, I guess my line of thinking was "If I saw a little Rocketeer helmet in Disney World I'd snatch it up, why not have it mailed to me?"

Although using the logic "If I was in Disney World" when it comes to spending money wisely, that's a dangerous line of thinking to use.

I was able to score the IDW retailer incentive Rocketeer pin off the bay for a great price. Super stoked about this. I just need the Jumbo pin and I have them all. Gonna put together some kind of display for them.
