I just saw that somewhere yesterday.

Seems redundant to me. Wouldn't the "Unexpected Journey" be the "there" of "There and Back Again"?




Also, this still makes me laugh.

They went on an unexpected journey in the first film..


...they got there (the destination) in the second film and went home afterwards.

Yeah the names were first mentioned back in March when it was reported that Warner Bros had registered them but good to hear its now official.

I hope legolas has a decent role and not just a cameo in it. He was barely in ROTK. He's my favorite character by far since I was a kid and saw FOTR.

I don't think he'll have a 30 second cameo but I don't expect a big role either. Since he's not in The Hobbit at all.

I hope legolas has a decent role and not just a cameo in it. He was barely in ROTK. He's my favorite character by far since I was a kid and saw FOTR.

Maybe a few scenes dancing in the forest and singing songs.

My guess is that he will play a significant role in the elvish part of the Battle of Five armies. He will also appear in Mirkwood, probably have a few lines between himself and his father...and then be in the contingent headed to Laketown and Erebor!
