If you like this character, the comiquette is the only Punisher statue you need. There is no other piece made by any company that can come close to matching this incredible sculpt. It just is that good. It still holds up as my favorite 1/5 scale comiquette.

I agree this piece is gorgeous.

I know that Fb will probably buy 7 so maybe in the future if I feel like this is a 'must have' for my collection I'll know where to go shopping!

why not file a claim?

You should totally file a claim. eBay has guidelines and if either party breaks them the transaction is deemed nonexistent. I'm sure they'd back you.
