personally myself, i'd just touch up the paint with black and forget about it. i've touched up stuff just as bad or worse and you could never tell.

black is so easy to match up.

Thanks guys, yea now I did the eBay solution thing　, and he is doing $50 partial refund, And he told me : guess I have to pay you $50 just because of the company make the painted wrong.

I can't believe this, I am guessing he brought this from someone and didn't even checked, and resell to me. Btw when I received this one, there is so many animal hair on the statue and the base, the statue itself is dirty as hell!! I was busy clean him for a long time!!

You should bro, eBay has a bunch of scammers. Where as I've boughten 3 high end statues from here and each time the transaction has been awesome. If you can, buy it from here.

Totally agree.
1. He needs to be called out so he doesn't try to do it again
2. I would think paypal/ebay should demand a full refund in this case because his description was inaccurate and therefore the terms of the transaction weren't met on his part
3. He's a jerk...sorry but when we fork over the dollars we do for these awesome statues (especially in the secondary market) you would expect people to give you what you're paying for

That said you could totally touch up the paint and make it look like new. Thank GOD the statue itself wasn't broke or anything that severe. Sorry again about the crappy transaction though...on the bright note you have an amazing statue on your hands
