I hope so man, it would be awesome if I was wrong and the height was 20" without the gun! I would love to display him next to Mystique, Gambit and Ms. Marvel without him looking like a midget!

I think it's mostly how much of a turtle fan you are. I doubt they will ever make turtles as good as SSC ones for years to come, so they may be hard to come by I guess.
