Bulk season around 230lbs at 5'8 14-15% bodyfat, I love off season, I'm now down to 178lbs 7% bodyfat and soon to get to 4% for comp.

Ole grl is happier whenever I have carbs as well. I get a lil cranky :maul

:lol While I enjoy feeling that my body is getting in better shape, i can't say I'd equate it with the satisfaction a woman can bring :lol

And nice stats skiman, looking good bro. I can only hope to get there one day. I started incorporating a protein shake into my daily regiment today, I need to get a bit more protein as it is. And it gives me another meal a day, which will help out the metabolism.

And speaking of the pump, today I had a really great one. It was arm day and I just hit a stride, something was definitely working. I felt invincible today, like I was going to explode. The forearm workout alone was pretty insane.

I do however think I am going to move Triceps over to my chest day, I think it would work out better there. And would lessen the work I am doing on arms and shoulders day.

Then a good ole Top Round steak with some veggies, maybe another 10 egg whites if I'm hungry still by bed time.

If you don't mind me asking, what do you do to drop the weight so quickly? What's your diet, cardio routine, etc.
