^A lot of people here tend to be way too passionate about the show, which is why I generally stay out of this thread. I like watching it on Sundays; some episodes are good, others are just down-right boring. It's hardly the type of television that's worth stressing over, or getting an aneurysm if someone happens to criticize some aspects of it.

Sums up my perspective perfectly.

Yeah, I like to read stuff. But I have awesome hair. :D

I get the impression that your dislike of the show is augmented by your dislike of the fans. Peppered with a little spite more than truly objective.
I'm a big fan, but I'd agree that it has it's issues. It's not the tightest show out there by far. But it entertains me and I'm willing to forgive its flaws because it's still fun to me.

Except for 24, I just don't like fan bases of any kind :lol.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to seeing what happened to Beth. It's interesting how the Hunters aren't main villains for this season. I thought it would have better if Gareth reappeared later in the season, instead of killing him off so early after Terminus.

that is exactly what I like a lot ! I dont need another repetition of the Governor

Well, Gareth was a far cry from the Governor. Aside from the folks that he escaped with, he didn't exactly possess the type of charisma that would inspire new people to join him, especially when it entailed eating Bob and planning to eat Rick's baby :pow. Cannibalism is highly taboo, even in the world of TWD. Gareth and his band could have been a different sort of threat than the Governor. There's nothing wrong with having a few recurring villains from time-to-time.

I have not seen one episode of that :lol

Hate to break it to you, but if the comic is any indication, there will more of that repetition.

Good point. It would have felt a lot like Gov 2.0. I fully expected Gareth and the rest to a problem all season, but I'm happy they put that possibility to rest quickly.

I agree Gareth wasn't as complex as the Gov and to be honest bored me with his constant smirking and people eating talk. I am glad Rick chopped him up.

One question though at the end of the episode with Darrell she said are you with Carol? And Darrel said come on out. I am wondering if this is a flashpoint forward and maybe he has Beth and for the next couple episodes will be about Beth

I fully expect the remainder of this season to be concerned with minor baddies they meet along the way with a full on reveal of Alexandria at the end of the finale.

My guess is that the person with Daryl is someone new that he met while tracking down the car with the cross in the back. The reason I say this is because I can't see it being either Carol or Beth because why would Daryl keep either one of them back? They both know how to take care of themselves. I also don't think it is Morgan because Morgan doesn't know Daryl, Carol or Beth, so I can't see him joining up with complete strangers when he is looking for Rick. So by process of elimination, my guess is that it is going to be a new person that the viewers haven't met as of yet.

I think next week's episode is Beth-centric and will go back in time to show the viewers how she got to the hospital.

but the ladies dig his charisma or good looks. he was articulate, calm, etc.

If I had a criticism it would be about Gareth actually. How did that guy become the leader of that particular group. Seems more like he'd be the group clown to be honest.

He doesn't like the show, he's made a hundred posts to say how much he dislikes it. And because he doesn't like it that means most of the people who watch it and like it are stupid I guess. I'm gonna go stick my tongue in a light socket now. I wonder what will happen.

I'm wondering if Beth was nabbed because some group already wants to repopulate the planet, and they've created a baby factory in a hospital.
