Well I wouldn't go that far personally. The novelty is long gone, it's not really an 'event' show for me anymore, like it was in season 1 and even season 2. Now it's just something I watch. I doubt it'll ever get back that novelty no matter how watchable it remains.

I love this programme but since season three I've felt obliged to watch it. It's become a drag. It feels like LOST; it doesn't know where it's going.

I don't really care about any of the characters. Except Maggie.. :)

This Beth episode was so dull. I honestly couldn't have cared less about anything that happened in this episode. They finally built to the tension of them climbing down the lift shaft and it was over in a split second. I had to re watch the last thirty seconds because I didn't even spot Carol - she looked like a man.

Season one and two were superb. This is just a struggle.

All I know is, Carol better not die or sacrifice herself for Beth. I'll be pissed.

Carol is one if the most interesting and coolest characters, that means she's ripe to be offed.

We're a long way from Sophia, for sure. Although I'm worried they're gonna make her ''bad@$$'' to the point of ridiculousness. Her attack on Terminus with the big explosion stretched credibility a bit.

Just think of it. I'd Carol didn't do what she did, Rick, Daryl and Glenn would have been bashed in the head with their necks slit open.

I thought the firecracker, sniper splosion was a little much, but the poncho and zombie blood look rocked. I hope they make a figure of that.

Dawn beat the crap out of Noah for taking the blame for the guy dying. Who knows what she might do to Beth for trying to escape. Plus it's obvious Beth wants out of there badly. Carol going in to reassure her that help was on the way would prevent her from trying something else that might get her injured or killed. Carol could coordinate with Beth and get a plan together for the arrival of the rescue party.
That's true. Beth has already tried to pull a runner, so sending in Carol not only reassures her that there's a plan, but it gives Carol a chance to scope out the place and also help build her cover so to speak. If it was Noah with Darryl, then Ricks group will know some important details. Number of people, who the threats are from those people, types of weapons, sentry points, entrances and exits, etc. I'm thinking that either Ricks group attacking will be a signal to Beth and Carol. That or it could be something as simple as "go to this side of the building and reflect light off something, if you see a signal from this spot, be ready for our attack at sundown or middle of the night, etc.

Also I think Beth is playing it safe too and saved carols ***. She didn't get excited or say "omg that's Carol!!" When she was brought in. Chances are they would of killed Carol right then and there. Last thing they'd want is team Beth becoming a team of two. Probably another reason they left noahs uncle.

this episode kind of made me realize that the spin off might not be that good, or won't get as big as the main show. I Liked the episode, and I liked some of the new characters,
But thinking of all these new characters, it just wouldn't be the same, it felt like a webpisode. If Beth was not in it, and this was just the new show I don't know if I would have watched it.

Time will tell

I think this needs to be said now, all those of you who gripe about this show, but say you have invested too much to not tune in...

...You don't get to watch the spin-off series. ;)

There, I said it.

Just want to save you guys some time and stress over complaining about how bad the shows are.

Just another chapter with a cliffhanger ending, I liked it, because Beth. I didn't care for the new people... let them all die

She is always hot

She's a grown woman but she looks so young, its creepy :lol

The weird thing about girls like her, is that Emma for example, she does look like a little kid still yet everyone on the internet is madly in love with her. At least Beth looks 19, and not 14.....

I just want to see Negan come in and bash some of the groups heads in with Lucille. That's what we're leading up to now with the show.

I definitely don't think Emma Watson looks 14. She looks like a grown woman to me. I think a lot of that perception may be due to watching her year after year in the Potter movies, and identifying her with her character.
