finally got a chance to watch it. yet another amazing episode, i loved the music,it was subtle but it was great, episode reminded me of 28 days later a lot. it was great to get out of the woods (finally)

if it continues like this it seems like this will be the best walking dead season so far. I still cant believe how good it is getting. I loved that it wasn't too slow or too fast paced, it was perfect.

For the record, I drive a big yellow pickup truck (but I'm not a ******, really!!) and you would be surprised how many people walk in front of my vehicle while I'm driving at normal residential neighborhood speeds. I don't mean directly in front but close enough that if I suddenly accelerated I could hit them. I would consider this a low to zero background noise area.

yeah and what about all those videos of people getting hit by cars Exactly the same way Carol was hit, did they do it on purpose? all of them?
I think is dumb to say that the only reason she got hit was because it was on purpose, who knows what the next episodes will say about it but people in the real world get hit like that
it happens, people get distracted, she was running around with a gun without much food or sleep. i say it was Not on purpose

I'd love to see a season take place in a city. I know they'd never set foot in one but it would be great to see. The whole out on the road just gets boring.

maybe she did it because she is feeling guilty, wanted to punish herself, not even to save Daryl. Or because she thought they would stop, or she was going to shoot the car and the car was coming too fast... we will know soon enough

I'm just saying people getting hit like that does happen in real life. It shouldn't be dismissed right away, and if the show ends up saying it was an accident it wouldn't be a stupid decision from them because it could happen

besides I doubt Carol would want Daryl to go against those cops without any guns, i dont think she would risk Daryl getting killed (how would she know the kid would stop him from going to her when she got hit?) she would be risking him getting shot after freaking out

how does she know they have doctors that can save her? the kid didn't really say much, We know they can save her but....she didn't know
if she did it on purpose then she was hoping to die? in front of Daryl like that?

Those are all fair points. I think that a lot of things are done for convenience. The motivations are often no simpler than to move the story to the next stage.
Carol didn't see the car coming, now she's in position to team up with Beth and help take down the hospital crew from inside. Fine. We go from there.

Re: Frank Darabont to Adapt The Walking Dead for AMC

OH MY GOD! I LOVE DARABONT AND THE WALKING DEAD!

This is a must see for me! :rock

Oh 2010 me, how wrong I was thinking this would be great. *snickers* I do love the graphic novels and Darabont who is the reason for this TV series beyond Kirkman of course, and one of my all-time favourite directors.... it just hasn't translated well for me. Glad to see the genre and the story get so much love. I am just not feeling it. Does it get better after season 1? That's where I gave up.

...(how would she know the kid would stop him from going to her when she got hit?) she would be risking him getting shot after freaking out...

Exactly. To me the argument that she did it so Daryl could escape is opposite of what she knows he would do. She knows that Daryl's first reaction would be to go to her aid which would put him at risk.
