I don't think Norman will ever leave the show by his choice. I think he's said this is pretty much his dream job and just loves it. When Daryl goes, it won't because he wants off the show.

I hope he's on it for the long haul but you just never know. Celebrities are fickle.

if daryl goes i hope he cries on talking dead about it :lol the internet would explode (petitions to bring him back, the hundreds of gifs and memes people will make, the thousands of angry twitter posts on AMC's page)
it will probably be nuts :lol

I will be laughing too! :hi5:

I think Game of Thrones has proved people will keep watching a show, no matter who you kill off.

True, but more people read books than comics and they knew what was coming. TWD doesn't follow the comics exactly and some characters, such as Daryl, aren't in them.

Unless they intend on introducing a lot more interesting characters, they can't kill off too many of the main ones because there's no one to replace them.

I just find it funny that in reading through this thread, Daryl was a favorite character, a badass, etc., now so many want him dead. :lol

The very reason I stay clear of Twitter and Tumblr these days. Can't handle all the complaining.

It's not the same, not at all. GOT has a much bigger cast of characters and in general there are a lot more people around. WD has a handful of people we care about and there are only handful of other people around that the main cast gets to interact with.

WD is so bad in this regard they have to constantly replace their dead characters. Not because they are being true to the source material or because it is good for the story but literally because they need a certain amount of people in the group or else the group becomes too small (replacing dead characters out of necessity rather than out of artistic choice.)

He is a fan favorite. Most everyone hates a winner, so it stands to reason some people will want him dead. It is funny how much certain people fantasize about how he should die and the reactions viewers will have to it. It's a little sad too.
