"The Walkers will move on"

Why? Because Glenn is a main character? There's 50 of those walkers, all hungry as can be. Nicholas' fresh blood and guts isn't going to be enough for them, and let's remember that Glenn has it all over his body and they know that he's right there. If they can wait in that quarry for weeks/months, why wouldn't they stay huddled around that dumpster if they know Glenn is there. Let's say he goes under the dumpster, what is stoping the walkers from going under there and getting him?

I'm telling you, what ever explanation they have will be contrived BS.

They're not tearing through Nicholas's T-shirt, they're tearing through his jacket.

I believe it's the same one, Fabs. It's going to be incredulous, of course, but Glenn can always shake off Nicholas's death, compose himself, clamber back on top of the dumpster, get a little head of steam and leap for the fence. All in a matter of seconds.

I don't think they are eating him either but no way he could fit under a dumpster.

There are plenty of screenshots that show a person could easily fit under that dumpster. Also, if you watch the overhead shot, you can see Glenn moving under the dumpster as they are eating the other guy. They are only focused on the body they are eating and all walker hands are reaching for it, as Glenn slips under the dumpster. Hit the reddit thread on it. Plenty of visual proof there.

When they are running towards the dumpster, you can see that there is enough room to crawl under it.

Two reasons the Walkers will move on... 1. Just to anger the crap out of you DiFabio. (We took a poll, there was a petition, and it was determined by the masses that this action would make us giggle with glee until the next episode airs.) 2. They'll hear gunfire, or something will draw their attention. 10 Walkers away from the dumpster the Walkers don't have a clue what's going on. Glenn could easily kill any walkers that tried to get him under the dumpster, and effectively, they would block further attempts and the odor would camouflage his. Still, reason 1 is my favorite.

Depending on your POV, it's a very cheap or very clever play with your emotions. For about 20 or 30 minutes, Kirkman and Gimple convince you that Glenn is dead...until you watch it again.

But that's not true. That pic I just posted is seconds before the shot ends and Glenn doesn't even move. He's just laying there. You know what does happen though? The walkers from the left and right cover up that small opening as they swarm all over that area where Glenn is until you can't see him anymore.

Remember the episode where the group chopped up a walker and covered themselves in the blood and pieces, as a form of camouflage? Glenn could do the same with Nicholas' blood and guts.

Remember that scene in Season 2 where Shane is trapped in the bus and purposely slices his hand, smears fresh blood on the windows and the walkers are attracted to it? Yeah, well Glenn has fresh blood all over his face and body.

I don't see how Glen could even move with the weight of not only a dead body on top of him but a ****tonne of walkers. And there's no way parts of him don't receive even a single exploratory bite.

If he survives this it's a complete joke.

Well, Glenn somehow survived last season's finale, when he was wrestling with Nicholas and then about four walkers fell on top of him.

I wonder if walkers will lose interest in Glenn if they lose sight of him, even if he's covered in Nicholas's entrails.

Did he have a gun or knife at the time? I can't remember. Seems like he could kill 4 walkers, as uncomfortable as it would be. He'd be lucky but I don't think there's any luck to be had in this situation here.

I just watched the clip.

There is literally two walkers with their white, pale arms, swarming a struggling Glenn right in that little section before they dog pile that entire area. In fact, if you look at those close up shots of Glenn screaming, there are two pairs of Walker feet right behind him! Watch as they're pulling apart Nicholas, there's a bunch of them not even a foot away from Glenn.


I'm sure he will go under the dumpster though, it's going to be something cheap and ridiculous. This will be me when it's revealed.

If the thought of being eaten alive doesn't motivate you to move I don't know what will. Ok, "having" Maggie is pretty good motivation too. I don't view his survival as a complete joke.

The show is entertaining to me. I'm already suspending enough reality watching the show. I mean, we've TMNT Morgan on the show now too. He could be the new Kwai Chang Caine of TWD!
