So...Over the course of 8 episodes Negan managed to turn Rick into a trained Pet because he threatened to torture Darryl if Rick and his gang was to make any attempt ****ing with Negan's plans.
After Rick's conversation with Michone in the latest episode, Rick all of a sudden took a U-turn to go to war without knowing of Darryl's escape? When he knows what Negan will do to Darryl and what shaped the storyline for this season. Seems to me that the writers didn't know how to turn things around and just threw in something simple and stamp it with a happy reunion.
Pretty weak imo, but i can't say im surprised. Show has showed some fatigue since season 5.
And I thought last season was the worst ever. I mean, the season before that. No, wait. It was season 5. Or, it would be if it weren't for season 4. Because season 3 was the best. Anything is better than season 2. It's nothing compared to season 1, but even that was awful compared to the pilot.
Worst show ever, except for when it needs to be compared to the last season of bitching. Then, it was great.
I think you missed a whole bunch of stuff.

I thought it that way, Rick hoped to keep all the rest of the good people of Alexandria safe by being a good boy and following the rules, and then after learning his good attempt didn´t help; people got killed anyway and others didn´t follow his lead, so what´s the point trying? He took new direction and decided that as they will likely die anyway, they can do it fighting?
I felt bad for poor Eugene, he seemed to be so frightened... And wasn´t eager to make that bullet anyway. I think he is safe though, as Negan probably likes to use his skills rather than torture him. Maybe Negan even lets him watch.

This is a perfect example of the difference between someone who watched the show, and someone who aimed their face at a tv while the show was on.
Negan is a good guy and very reasonable. He saved Rick's life, fed his kid, gave his kid a ride, taught him how to shave properly, and Rick's people will have more food for now on.
The episode where they lose the prison was pretty intense. If memory serves I found the remainder of that season...uneventful, relatively speaking. Lets see how it replays.....
Where'd the Governor's girlfriend go dammit?? She didn't die, just was never seen again
She got munched by Walkers. Tara told Glenn that at the prison.
