the way Rick threw the sword at Michonne once it was revealed he was not dead.... cheesy.

I don't see anything wrong expecting so much more out of a series that was once great.

I didn't mind the deer so much, but yeah, that sword moment was laughably awful.

Nicotero was the director... Wow.. He lost some points from me for that.

Also the ratings slipped down again. 10.16 million from last week's 10.42 and the 11.08 from the week before that.

Yeah, that had to be the worst CG I've ever seen, they'd almost have been better off using a cardboard cut-out.

At least that wouldn't have looked so blurry, even more jarring watching on a 4K TV.

Couldn't they get another animal instead if getting a deer was so difficult?

:lol

Like a dog? Mmmmmmm..... Free Range Doggie.

Seriously though, a show that makes sooooo much money, really has no excuse. Better to have just had the walkers overwhelm him causing him to climb the ride and fall. The Walkers could have just been eating cotton candy. ;)

What's your point? They should stop making an effort because it's TV? They had a deer in the 1st season, too. Never looked that bad :lol

The deer was pretty bad, but the episode itself was terrible. The Richonne love fest, the convenience of finding the food and guns, the way Rick threw the sword at Michonne once it was revealed he was not dead.... cheesy.

I dont want michonne to be serious and tough all the time
But the lovey dovey michonne was too cheesy for me.
Felt like a completely different character.

Would you sick sobs had preferred that they used a real deer to get eaten by zombies? :monkey2

They should have just use an animatronic deer........
, they might as well use a robot deer, at least it wouldnt look so ridiculous.

Plus an animatronic deer would cost much less money.

The cgi deer had worse cgi than the show Z Nation

I agree, she does feel like a completely different character now. It's like once she and Rick became a couple, it's pushed in a nauseating way now. They've become the new Maggie/Glenn and I found them quite obnoxious too, tbh. But I'm not a fan of too much romance on my screen anyway. I like it brief then move on~

I feel like TWD is slowly becoming the new Z Nation, utterly ridiculous now. And someone needs to get the boot in the writing department and fix this stat.

What happened to Z Nation?

Sorry, I didn't mean utterly ridiculous "now". That was a typo. Scratch the now, it's always been utterly ridiculous. I never liked it.

Just seemed like a comedic zombie show to me. Was that the point though? I only watched like 3 episodes and had to stop. :lol

It is not even the romance problem but how cheesy they made it.

I dont even recognize her in this episode. At least glenn and maggie always felt like glenn and maggie.

It was incredibly cheesy. It feels like they are truly catering to the Richonne shippers which is stupid to me. I've actually read in some forums by some fans that that is the only reason why they tune in. Which is a goofy reason to me but whatever.

She doesn't seem like Michonne anymore to me either. And I'll give it to Maggie and Glenn, at least their relationship was properly developed.

I understand what the ween meant in regards to everything Rick and Michonne had been through. It makes sense that they would eventually have feelings for each other, (and she gets along splendidly with Carl) But still, there was never a hint anywhere that they may have started developing feelings for each other. At least show a couple of "looks" or something. For crying out loud, Rick was hung up over Jessie. A woman he just met! He was too busy having flashes of her when her hand was latched onto his son while the walkers were chowing down on her. Then he finally realises, 'oh right Carl!' And chops her arm off so that he's released. :lol

Shortly after that, he bangs Michonne. Yeah, ok. lol
