it seems like Morgan is going to be more focused crazy than just plain crazy. He's gonna be like the Terminator with a sharp stick.....keep killing saviors until he can't anymore. It'll be glorious. I was hoping Morgan and Carol would team up though.

Watched it. Totally unnecessary episode, almost nothing happened til last minute of episode.
I liked it. I felt it was mostly about closing up some loose ends and character developing. Certainly not an action packed episode, but it inched us closer to the coming war - which obviously isn't happening until next season.
Next episode will be about getting Oceanside on board.
Final episode will be about the Kingdom getting onboard and the communities coming together was one force and getting ready to march out.
I suppose we'll loose Sasha somewhere in there too, no surprise as she's off to Star Trek. Not really expecting any shocker deaths in the next two episodes. And I seriously doubt we get a cliff hanger ending this year either

Mr. Green approve this episode.
the last 3 episodes have been like that.
people are fine with them, but i have a feeling that when people binge watch the entire season later on the season will crawl at a snail pace and people will get bored.
one thing is to wait in anticipation all week long and only watch one hour and have to wait again, but when you have it all together and know what happens, i can see people fast forwarding most of the season

Season 2 best season so far
the last episode of season 2 is my all time favorite episode. sometimes I watch that episode on its own. feels like a good horror movie on its own
Plus that episode had the best music of the show. there are a couple of moments in the soundtrack that I always remember, moments in the score that stuck with me.
First 3 seasons really are the best. I have not buy any walking dead yet but I think I would be okay with just owning those 3 seasons.
thats what people dont understand. we have invested years into this. we cant just quit. we have grown to like and feel fondness for these characters. we have grown familiar with these settings. i dont want to quit. i still love the first seasons
but this is getting painful and disappointing. this is the first time in the shows history that i feel that watching is like a boring chore i really really dont want to do.
negan was supposed to be the greatest arc in the comics that was going to be the best season and it is turning to be the most dull season.... kind of ironic
This season would have been better if they only did 12 or 13 episodes

It's dragging a little but I'm still engaged. Not sure why all the hate is out there for this show. I think people just get used to it's style and get bored. That's about the only thing I can come up with. Still delivers good storytelling with a bad CGI deer every now and then.
I think the show is on a ratings high & AMC knows it, so they're extending the seasons more than it should be because they know people will watch regardless

Most of this season has been forgettable dross. Show's definitely nowhere near as good as it was in the beginning.
Season one is the best for me
