I think so too. Imo, slow or not, I never found one dull moment in any of seasons 1 & 2.

With season 2 I was a tad annoyed how long it took to find Sophia at first but after seeing how everything played out, I think it was necessary.

Yeah, Sophia kind of went on a little too long and there were a few other little things I didn't like about season 2 but overall I really enjoyed it and I am looking forward to 3.

Walking Dead season 3 can't come soon enough. Really enjoyed season 2 after putting off watching it for so long and the recent game that has been released

Its not the location that was the problem - just all the nothing but wait and _____......the prison local should provide them with a lot to worry about

With the exception of the local, it'll be more of that "wait and ____ " you don't like. More than season 2 given season 3's been extended to 16 episodes.

He's right though. They still achieved the same thing. It was suicide by Rick and at any point Shane could've pulled the trigger, but he didn't.

I think you mean suicide by Shane but I agree they did achieve that and did so more subtly than having to beat you over the head with it in an obvious manner.

So what was suicide by Rick then? Shane went out to pasture for Rick to kill him (suicide). Berenthal's ending would have shown the same thing it would have just been a "thanks captain obvious" moment. Anyway you cut it, it was a suicide mission for Shane.

that definitely would have been a cool alternate scene but for the gun peeps out there.. the click, click part wouldn't work unless it was a revolver but Shane shot with a Glock. there would only be one click due to the way the gun cycles. other than that small detail i think that would have been a great idea.

Nam worded it correctly. Shane commits suicide by goading Rick into killing him...thus suicide by Rick. It's the same premise as suicide by cop.

I see what you're saying. I was reading it as him saying it was suicidal of Rick.
