The cast of TWD was on Conan and "Carol" was with them. Not sure what that might mean.

Anyone that doesn't die eventually comes back - Merle, Morgan, the Governor, etc. Morgan is probably the only one that has been left alive that we probably won't see again. But perhaps we will if Low Winter Sun didn't do well (and why he joined that instead of Walking Dead again is beyond me).

They really tied up Morgan's story the last time we saw him. Not saying it couldn't come back, but I wouldn't feel there was a loose end there if he never does. Its simple enough to say a herd drove him out and he catches up with Rick and the gang. Otherwise he's still CLEARing.

Other than Carol currently, I don't feel like there are any individuals/groups that I'm feeling we're not done with. Season 1 definitely left us with what happened to Merle. We got what happened to the Governor this last half season. They eventually wrapped those up and I don't see Carol being any different. If they were done with her character, she'd be dead. That's just how this show works (Morgan being that odd exception).

Character dynamics would suggest that Carol will encounter Tyrese before anyone else. If he has Judith, Carol helping keep her safe would buy her way back into the group with Rick. Carol would have to tread lightly because she wouldn't know if Rick had told Tyrese what she had done.

Yeah, Tyreese is most likely the one that will run into Carol. Between her killing Tyreese's girlfriend and him being with Carol's trainee kids, it should be an interesting encounter.
