Today I find myself less excited than for any other season/half-season premiere so far. I already miss The Governor. It's going to be alot of slow character building again until we get back to something like that. I foresee alot of "filler" complaints coming.

Maybe he'll be back. I don't think so personally, but man, the people at work that are amped up about tonight wouldn't shut up about the possibility of a possible return.

I'm sure we'll see him in some compacity, but I don't think he'll be alive. You don't survive a sword to the chest or a bullet to the head.

I think it's possible he'll be in it for a second, just a dead body with Michonne standing over him or something. But he's dead, that's for sure.

There're definitely better stories ahead. Honestly, if they just jumped from baddie to baddie, the stories would be lame. The struggles in an environment like this wouldn't always be with people, something I do appreciate them showing. Does that mean I want a flu every season? No, it would suck just the same as having them fight an evil dude every season. Variety is the spice of life, and if they stick even loosely to the comics, we're in for a treat. :D

People watch this show for the bad guys? I can't relate to that. Good riddance to the Governor. Yes, you need "bad" guys to create conflict, but I watch this show to follow the main group of protagonists. Follow their struggles and accomplishments, successes and failures. Personally, I don't want to see Negan anytime soon. He is just another Governor clone, except with a bat and a potty mouth. :lol Looking forward to them doing something different.

Nice mention of Shane. I wonder why Carl is being such a little *****.

At first I thought Michonne's vision was a flashback, not a nightmare. I was like "wtf, she uses her katana to cut food", "why is she laughing during grim times", then I knew. Pretty clever.

I did find that a little confusing. It was obvious it was a nightmare but I'm not sure if they were implying that was actually similar to how high class she was living or just a complete dream.

Didn't like her walking in that hoard like that, that was a little too much bs. She had pets on a leash like 3 feet in front of her but so what. It's one thing to imply the pets from a distance could confuse a walker, but literally right next to one like that in a herd was overboard. I don't see why that would work out any differantly then it did for Rick and Glenn in season 1.

She's done it before. Also, remember when she first came to the prison? She didn't even have any pets with her but walked amongst them.
