When the apocalypse hits, you are still going to have people around that you can't stand.
The Gov was doing a pretty good job at getting rid of them though.

I guess everyone was thinking the same.
Who among us wasn't an annoying brat as a teenager? LOL I think people are forgetting that Beth is around 17, and no older than 19. And she lived a pretty sheltered life, even after things went to hell. This is youth in rebellion, and it's going to happen even in a zombie wasteland.
Carl's doing his own lashing out and no one's giving him **** about it. He's also a petulant, emotional little boy at times, and we were reminded of that in the first ep of this half of the season.
Think about yourself 5 years ago. If you're honest you can probably say, "Man, I was such an ***hole." And you'll probably say the same thing about yourself now in another 5 years.
I think it might've been Brian Regan who said that a long time ago, and it stuck with me.
Her character is probably closer to 19 by now but she's in her late 20s in real life. Her voice is what does it for me, plus I think the age difference of her real life age to her screen age shows at times in her acting.

I don't have a problem with Beth.

X2
Don't find her annoying at all. It's actually pretty realistic.
LOL@ folks who find her annoying.
Also i must say, i don't know how some of you handle the commercials. I torrent the show, (don't have cable) that would definitely bring down my enjoyment somewhat. I hear they are long and frequent. It's nice when you don't gotta wait for that.
Hard to believe the season is half over, hopefully the last 4 or so are insane.
My wife was once again annoyed last night over the 5-minutes of show they always have at the 40-past-the-hour mark where commercials run free like rapists in a field of roofied undergrads.
We used to get 24+ minutes of a sitcom. Now, we barely get 20. When it comes to an hour-long series, 40 minutes is a bold estimate minus the ads.
There's a reason why the MUTE button on every stupid remote in the house has the text rubbed off on it.
I want to destroy, completely, the institutions of Geico and Progressive, because they seem to comprise 80% of the cancerous ads I see during most shows.
Let alone those who do all of the above.
That would have been a lot better
Are we thinking the same thing here...?
