After reading the last couple of pages, I have an idea for a body that you can use! Though I have always wanted one and never puled the trigger, don't go buying them all off ebay!!

It is the "playhouse D-boy in somalia" it is a jointed torso body with quite thin muscular arms.

I had one. The arms aren't that great. Its the bendy fingers that just suck.

That colt looks better than the one I got so I'd definately be interested in getting one of those!

A little update on the .357 Colt Python models...

When the project gets a little farther along maybe Deckard wouldn't mind starting a new want list for the Colt Pythons. I'll contact the company about prices and availability if/when enough people show an interest in ordering them.

I believe the company is primarily a manufacturer. Since no prices were given, we might just be able to get wholesale prices if we order a certain number of pieces, but that's something I'll have to look into later as well.

I do know that the pieces are cast in resin. I have another one in grey resin I bought at the same time as the blued version I posted a few pages back. They were sculpted by "Kaz", who I believe is the same well-known military figure customizer here in Japan whose work appears regularly in a number of popular hobby magazines. His work is definitely first class.

I think I still have the colt python that came with the Hubert figure... colors are off but it seems to have the right shape. Dragon released it with Hubert and one other figure about 10 years ago.

That would be the Jean Reno detective figure, correct? I still have two versions of that guy somewhere in storage. I thought of that pistol first, but came across the other ones while rummaging around in the parts box. I don't remember what the barrel length was of Hubert's Python, but it seems to me it was a little shorter. Any confirmation on that would be helpful. Some pics for comparison would be even better!

I bought the Sydney Savage colt Python here and it is the same as the Reno gun. $4 plus I think he changed a dollar or two extra for US shipping.
