I feel quite upset that less than 20 people had paid the deposit finally.

I wonder if I should start any new projects in future before all people has paid the deposit.

Pls kindly remark the number again.. I always think there are 28people applied to the list but there are only 25people actually. I just find that no. 6, 11, 16 is missing... I hv been wrong prepare the material in this way... much more worse.. only 15 out of 25 people has paid while the other 10 guys seems to be invisible

People ALWAYS go missing when talk of money finally comes up. So many people are like "hey, this will be cool, sure, I'll sign up" because so many of these fall apart before actually happening. So those people just act like cowards and ignore the topic instead of just saying they can't afford it. It really sucks, but it happens with every group run of something.

My suggestion is attach a read receipt to 1 final PM. That way you at least know if they are reading it or not.

I'm afraid I'm one of those "invisible" guys you mentioned, but not because I've given up on this project. There has been a lot going on over here since the quakes and other nastiness that happened a couple of months ago, and I'm afraid I just haven't had time to keep up with all of my personal interests lately. Sorry about that.

I did pay Scott in full for the two head sculpts earlier this month, and I've been meaning to send you my deposit for the costume, too. Sorry for not staying on top of this... I understand your frustration.

I wasn't aware of the cutoff point... looks like I missed it by one day. I'd really hate to miss out on having the costume I signed up for.
