What he said. What´s up with that, Deckard? I paid two weekends ago in order to get my uniform in time before I have to leave for holidays and Kato says he´s ready to ship the uniforms, he just need you to send him everything he needs.

I don´t wanna sound rude and I apologize if you are having any kind of problems that are stopping you from doing that but... it really doesn´t help that you don´t reply to messages or post here to explain what happens.

I remember when everybody was asking for deposits and payments to be sent asap, now everything is sent I´d like to get what I paid for Pretty please?

(Just talking about the uniform here, no complaints regarding the headsculpts).

This is one of the best (if not the best) custom project I´ve ever joined, please keep it going this well!

Firstly the uniforms were not ready 2 weeks ago for this round, I am in touch with kato very often and they were just ready this past week. The reason is because while yes you did get payment in, not enough others did.

I pay kato in rounds because I incur fees when I send him money. He ships in rounds to cut down trips to the post office. I am sending 5 rounds of payment at a time since thats what is ready and he doesn't want to make more then people pay for, 4 people currently have their money in ready to go. 5 uniforms are ready to ship.

The reason is everyone who disappeared from the project and doesn't respond to the thread or PMs I send. I've pmed outstanding people on the list 2-3 times now.

We've also extended the deadline for deposits as a result of this. But the 2nd round will be going out early this week.

But please do not act as though I'm delaying this, I don't appreciate that, I've been dealing with it and trying to move it along, PMing and people simply don't respond.

I´m sorry if my comment annoyed you, it wasn´t my intention. I only wanted to know the reason of the delay and since I didn´t know about everything you just explained (that you needed to send X payments at a time because of the fees), contacted you and didn´t get a reply and contacted Kato and he said he was just waiting for you to send the money, I thought the problem of the delay was just you.

But now you have explained it I understand the real problem is the people who hasn´t paid yet, not you, so thanks for the explanation, that´s all I really wanted

Don´t get mad at me pretty pleaseee, you have done a great work getting all of this rolling and you know I appreciate it.

And come on, people!! If you get on a list, stick to it! If you can´t pay say it so other people won´t keep waiting "thanks" to you...

Thanks guys, no anger or the like, just frustration at trying to get in touch with people. I want this to run as smoothly as possible, its my 2nd project on here, I had a 3rd a long time ago with Raoul Duke but it collapsed when Howes vanished.

Again I'm not making money or getting discounts, actually losing some cash since we didn't take into account the paypal fees for me sending the money to kato, but I didn't think it fair to ask for you guys to cover it after you'd payed. I'll also be going dead last in terms of getting everything for my own project and have my figure to make sure everyone else is covered first. I'm just doing all of this because I wanted a well done Rick Grimes for the collection, so as long as people are willing to follow, I'll keep trying to organise these things but I definately learned from this one and also can see why some people don't do it anymore.

I have been dealing with a sculptor for 3 years and he still hasn´t delivered the product to 30+ people who paid for it (I have been dealing with annoyed customers and the "it will happen this month" comments from the sculptor for all that time)

I don't think so, that's actually the same setup I'm using. I have a walkie I'm thinking about using as well, but I'll probably ditch it.
