I'd love to have something like that on my throne. But wouldn't you still want to wipe after spraying? I mean you don't want to pull your shorts up onto a soggy ass.

The very idea of washing my hands with water from the same tank that flushes my poop is disturbing.

The sink is superfluous. Simply remove the lid from the cistern and you've got a full reservoir for handwashing right there

I doubt the sink portion water doesn't come from the same part that flushes, but I'm no toilet expert

It would make sense for the two to be serviced by the same pipe that runs into the bathroom.

I don't see the big deal. That water may as well be the same water that comes out of the kitchen or bathroom or laundry taps

I think it's more gross having your cat crap in the same toilet people use. Their poo ain't clean (by regular poo standards anyhow):
