lookk at the third shot where the one cat has its front paws in the bowl and its back paws are firm on the floor but its back is still swaying.

That floor is moving. The camera has to have been secured to it so that it does not move against the floor. That removes the appearance of the floor moving. But it is. Also, look at how the cats are moving back and forth in the same directions.

That's why I'm thinking they taped their paws. They get like that because they can't feel anything.

Either that or they are super dizzy.
