I think the floor is shaking. Especially in the last shot, you notice that the camera is moving just a bit. Keep you eyes on the floor. Don't look at the cats. The camera is moving, like the room might be shaking a bit. And I believe they have one front pay taped as well.

They either just mopped, or they put tape on the bottom of their paws.

They look either drunk or dizzy.
