There's always the Mego one. Use some Hydrospan and cast up a 1/6 version.

Actually, there was a 1:6 that had a sucky sculpt that looked more like Fonz than the person it was supposed to portray. Sadly, I haven't the foggiest recollect of who it was. If I remember, I'll PM ya.
