If its CM Punk vs Taker this year i have 0 interest. Punk is being booked as a upper mid carder at the moment, and the only people who could face Taker would be Supermen like Cena & Rock and a surprise return maybe by Michaels or Austin.

I thought the entire reason they brought Brock in to the WWE was a slow lead up to them eventually having a WM match since the beef between Taker and Brock and how it spilled in to publicity while brock was in UFC

It's doubtful, but it could still be Brock vs Taker at Mania. Brock just has to destroy Trips on next Raw, and go for McMahon for the Taker bell to commence.

All roads lead to Punk at the moment though.

It's more than likely ****** stain trips, vs crazy Brock.

Rewatched Lesnar hitting the post in slow motion and he got busted open legit. The back of his head slipped to the inside of the post and he hit the metal loop for the bottom turnbuckle.

Yeah, that was no work...surprised he didn't bust the front of his head as well, since he went head on. Insane.

Is there even enough time to build up taker vs punk? I dislike how they throw in feuds at random and last minute.

I know this is just a thought, but I really hope to see taker vs....sting at a wm in the future. Hopefully next year, since time is on neither side (age).

That would be something, but considering that Sting's never been involved with WWE in any meaningful capacity that I'm aware of, there would be less drama there than with other UT matches since it is a foregone conclusion who would win.

True, on not losing; but I don't think Taker will ever lose at wm...that'll be his primary legacy (the streak)with the company? Not sure though, how many wm he has left?... though he's only wrestling once a year nowadays.

I can imagine him losing, but think it would have to be to someone he either really wanted to put over (a close, personal friend), or someone who he wanted to put his stamp on as the definitive wrestler of a generation, or to carry the flag to the next generation. Maybe Cena. Of course, I don't know UT or McMahon at all, so my opinion is based on pure speculation. If/when he lost, I think that would be it. Then his legacy would be that he was one of the best, most distinctive wrestlers the company ever had, and won 2X WM matches straight before losing in his swan song in order to do something good for the company.

If Kane wasnt a Jobber and was a monster id like Kane to be put over at mania Vs taker. Glens getting on in years, but hes still got some full time road-years in him. Hes surprisingly healthy for a man his age and size

Kane will be 46 in April, I don't think he needs the rub of ending the streak. Really, nailing down who should get it is very hard.

I can actually see a guy like Seth Rollins or some equivalent getting it. Guys who are young, have great in-ring skills, can tell a story in the ring, know how to work a mic, and could be the real future of the company. But figuring out who Undertaker, McMahon, Cena, HHH, and the rest of the establishment would allow to take on that responsibility is very difficult. I don't know that they have faith in much of anyone to do that right now.

Hard to believe Kane is 46!!

This! I hope UT goes undefeated a WM but if anyone ends his streak, I would want it to be Kane. Sadly I don't see that happening. I think if anyone on the current roster ends UT's streak it will probably be Cena.

I noticed the cameras stayed focused on Brock below the shoulders, and any shot that contained his bloody face was far away and wide. So I figured it was legit based on that.

I watch Raw on Hulu Plus, I'm curious if the live TV feed didn't shy away from the blood...

Oh that blood was legit. Lesnar isn't a good actor and that was a sign of it. He didnt have his hand high enough when he bumped the post.

I was shocked to see a piledriver. I thought it was banned. That one looked vicious like an Orndorff style piledriver. Perfectly executed.
