Can you report "suspicious" bidding on an ebay auction if you are offered it as second chance right after it closes? I really hate these turds that do stuff like that just to get the max out of an item. There's no way to really track this on your own is there?

And seriously, why pay over $20.00 more for a used/open item when you could buy a new one from Sideshow? It's not like the seller was offering a shipping discount for multiple purchases. Smells fishy.
