It really was, but I've never been less interested in Stah Wahs in my life. Slowly disposing of my entire collection to make room for more mecha stuff.

I'm only in for Anakin, Jedi Luke, Palpatine, ROTS Obi and Empire Vader I'm retiring from Sturr Wurrz. All the peripheral characters don't interest me.

SH Figuarts Jedi Luke getting a reissue...
...two months after I sold my first release version for a three-figure sum

I'm pretty much retiring from collecting at this point. Something I've wanted for years, a fully-transformable Zeta Plus from Gundam Sentinel, is releasing in June. The only 1/6 figures I want at this point are the Murphy/BD Robocop 2-pack and maybe a Terminator. The only lines I'm still picking up new product from are some of Tamashii's mecha imprints and 1000toys - oh, and the Chinese company who make robotic animals that turn into boxes...

I'd like to completely stop, but there is a few lines I want to stay with for the lone whole. But I've slowed down immensely to what it was years ago. There's stuff out there I'd like, but I've been pretty good passing on stuff.

I've found myself spending more and more on art supplies than anything else recently. Discovering the old adage that "they don't make 'em like they used to" is actually completely and entirely true when it comes to drafting equipment has cost me a fair few pennies scavenging the net for "new old stock" - a lot of the companies producing that stuff straight-up died once CAD became an industry standard in design, and the few surviving companies like Rotring are shadows of their former selves producing generally lower-quality products from their old patterns cheaply overseas. Some defunct companies had pen and tool patterns bought up by smaller companies who, again, produce cheap knock-off quality versions in China.

There's an absolute paucity of information about some of these sadly-deceased companies online, I've actually found myself hunting down their books and catalogues to try and find out more about them and the products they produced. It genuinely worries me that an entire skill set and everything associated with it can just vanish like that thanks to computerisation.

Spaghetti.

You know you have met a seriously mentally ill person who doesn’t like it...

Ive been hanging out with my aunt's cat (they were on vacation) and i have to say this little fella is definitely warming up to me very well. now it falls asleep laying on my feet and pushes their head against my chin. my aunt said the cat never showed her this kind of affection :lol cat even falls asleep on my belly or follows me everywhere in the house
kinda neat, im starting to really love this cat

Get a cat toy and tie to a fishing pole. Best cheap cat entertainment ever, plus you can practice your casting. :lecture
