I usually tailgate them. Puts the fear of [whatever god they believe in] in them and makes them ride single file. If you get a middle finger because of it, drive up 50 yards or so and slam on your breaks. That tends to scare them even more, and usually you won't even have to get out of the car.

That tends to scare them even more, and usually you won't even have to get out of the car.
