I can't speak for other countries but I would love National Service to be enforced here. It might teach some of these stupid kids a thing or two about discipline, self respect, respecting others aswell as giving them trades to use in RL once discharged.
At the moment a lot just drop out of school and tend to prefer robbing people/places and hanging about smashing other peoples stuff and generally acting like louts by scaring others.
Some kids these days are out of control....god I feel old

I don't think this is the same thing.

Here, some kids that get punished do community service. Like those kids that picked on that lady on the school bus, they got one year suspended from school and 50 hours of community service with the elderly.
