After 10 months of going through an audit the IRS finally sent me a letter saying my tax return is fine. No changes. Got a letter in December saying I owed them $2400.00. But sent a bunch of documents and fix that. Now just waiting for my refund.

This was the first tine I've ever been audit. But also the first time I had a 1099. I've always done my own taxes, but don't think I will this year. I have a couple of months on 1099 last year again. Will never work for cash again.
