Naw.

Agree. I use them because they are cheap and no silly contracts that have upfront membership fees and you have to mail them a letter to cancel. They are open 24 hours so I can go whenever I want and there are 2 of them on both routes I can take to my job.

As for their alarm, I've only heard it go off a few time at idjits slamming weights. Never for grunting. :lol

There's one that opened in the town near me. Thinking about checking it out. To me if you want to grunt and slam weights, get your own. You don't own them, so don't slam them around.

All that purple bothers me though. :lol

Not me. I like Purple.

All six scumbag "cops" in Baltimore brought up on charges including murder.

I expected the investigation to go on for months to allow people to forget, then all the cops would be quietly acquitted of any responsibility. That's what I've come to believe about our broken, corrupt justice system. This news restores a tiny scrap of faith that there are at least some people willing to do what needs to be done.

i never understood the riots . Get mad at the cops and at the people in charge? best thing to do is destroy random stores and business (some of them who are owned by people from their own community, not even white people) steal wigs, bottles of pepsi, tennis shoes ...destroying other community member's livelihoods, yeah that will show those rich corrupt people in power lol.

It's about calling attention to it. It worked. Cops lied publicly. It led to protests in Philly and NYC, and rallied a lot of people. If you're American, you owe most of your rights, your entire country, unions, and more to riots. Don't be so quick to dismiss. And trust me, it scared the hell out of the rich white people.

9 times violent demonstration changed american politics

Because they're dirt poor and literally can't afford anything. 25,000 residents just had their water shut off in Baltimore yesterday because they couldn't pay the bills.

Having said that, white people do it too, when their team wins or a white guy they like rapes some kids and gets fired... Mob mentality. It's like K in MIB says : A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky dangerous animals...

These are two exact things I was going to say, but crows decided I'm evil, so I figure it would be wasted. :lol

I don't believe there was any intelligent purpose behind the looting in Baltimore, it wasn't to raise awareness. Most of those people were just dumb, angry and selfish. It's the larger community, and those in other cities, who continued to act peacefully who turned that around and made sure that whatever awareness was being shared was positive.
Sure, there are plenty who would rather just focus on the sexier criminal angles of the looting and destruction and ignore the real issue, because it fits their personal narrative better. They're not likely to care about changing anything anyway, since it doesn't affect them directly. :dunno

Sorry, looting and burning down businesses and homes and hurting people won't win my sympathy. I don't give a **** how poor you are. I know poor. Poor doesn't give you any excuse to do that ****.

And I'm just as upset that police around this country are getting **** for the likes of a few. Teachers were getting all the hate for a few years, now it's the police. Next I figure it will be firemen.

A few? Ahah. Honey, read a newspaper. 30 cops have been arrested in the past week by feds on corruption and drug charges all across the country. Everyday, and their fellow officers cover it up. That's the problem. There is no accountability when everyone's policy is cover each other's *****. Police unions need to be abolished or nothing will change and riots will continue for decades(like they already have). Body cams, civilian oversight boards, special prosecutors, there is absolutely no reason anyone should be against any of those things, including police themselves.

Teachers are rebelling against their own system. Mass walk outs, they want nothing to do with standardized testing and grading curves. Tons are against their own unions that keep bad teachers on secret pay rolls.

A big part of the problem is that cops protect each other fiercely. The good will protect the bad, rather than stand against them. So even they share some guilt.

Honey? Well, that ended that conversation.
