Yeah. You don't need to find a cheesesteak only place to get a good one. I don't order them often but I'll order from Mr. Wings or Pizza Shack for steaks or pizza. If you order from a place that is filled with twenty something drop outs, you're getting ****. And let me tell you, sandwich shops are filled with many of them of them here.

A steak place opened up recently near me and a Yelp review said they found bits of plastic in it...

Don't know what to tell you two. Rick and Morty is an intelligently written sci-fi show with over-the-top (sometimes adult) humor, and numerous references to pop culture and social commentary. It's somewhat similar to what the Simpsons and Family Guy have been doing in that regard. But, if you don't like it or never understood it, then you were probably never into these kind of shows, to begin with.

I just can't get into any of these adult humor cartoons. South Park is the only one I don't mind, but I don't even watch it regularly at all.

Don't know what to tell you two. Rick and Morty is an intelligently written sci-fi show with over-the-top (sometimes adult) humor, and numerous references to pop culture and social commentary. It's somewhat similar to what the Simpsons and Family Guy have been doing in that regard. But, if you don't like it or never understood it, then you were probably never into these kind of shows, to begin with.

Love South Park, Futurama, etc but this show just doesn't work for me. I went in wanting to like it and watched the whole first season but it never connected.

I almost think it's one of those shows that people pretend they like because it's so popular, which in turn makes it more popular

I don't think you can be any more wrong than you are right now. People enjoy Rick and Morty because it's genuinely a good sci-if cartoon that doesn't presumptuously try to affirm it's status as a "nerd based" show (like the Big Bang Theory, for example). Sounds to me, like you probably formed your opinion of it from watching random YouTube clips. There's no way you can like South Park, the Simpsons and Futurama but hate Rick and Morty. That's just... weird . But, whatever works for you, man.

Family Guy has been getting a lot more coherent in its plot, but it's still random and off-the-wall. Agreed about Futurama.

And I never said the Big Bang Theory was a good show, quite the opposite (it's the one sitcom in many years, that I absolutely can't stand).

Same. I guess I just never really liked the characters or how the episodes were presented.

I like Big Bang, but I rarely watch it now. The first few seasons were good, IMO.

The main problem with the show, isn't the show itself. I think it's how the show brought in a lot of people, who believed they were "geeks" or "nerds" for the simple fact that they watched it.

Any show that makes science cool is alright by me. Still don't watch it myself though.
