I'd say that's a pretty good analogy. You working with kids so much you probably see that behavior quite often.

I find this funny since in my short tenor here, I've seen everyone here use him as a punching bag... and he's the problem? I've only really seen him **** post back at people fairly recently so you reap what you sow... at least in some cases.

Not to pile on but crows does seem to get bashed moreso than others. Of course, he's tough and rolls with it.

My guess is that he's a "safe" target, since he doesn't seem to be too bothered by it.

I think that's why there's been more resentment lately because he hasn't rolled over and just taken it. I hate to use the term "bully", but this place has quite a few them. Older members, who have made it a career here doing so, and get pissy when crows reveals what thin skinned asshats they are.
