I really dont think boys can keep quiet, I dont think is possible.
they either wanna brag, then the whole school knows. Or they let their parents know by accident by not doing their homework or going out late at night,
This teacher was picking up the kid at 2 AM... any parent would figure it out quickly. specially if theres a car in their driveway that late at night.

the other thing that I think happens is that these ladies go for the most outgoing, most friendly kid of the school and never the quiet introverted kid. I would be willing to be that the ladies go for the most outgoing and flirtations kid in the room. (I mean, if you think about it those are the kids that would flirt back at her)
those kids that joke with the teachers or become friends with them, the "cool the football players" type.
