I bought the Bowen Faux Bronze wolverine using the microsoft cashback. I was due a $131 cashback reward. When it was originally shipped, the seller only paid like $3 for shipping by lying about the weight of the box, printing out a shipping label, dropping it off at post office and when I got it, I had to pay $9 to receive it due to incorrect amount of postage paid.
I was none to happy about that, so contacted seller, and they immediately refunded me my $9. Well, now after waiting the 60 days, MS LIVE says I'm not eligible for the $131 due to the refund by the seller.
I contacted LIVE about it and got this:
I then contacted Ebay, and they told me to get in touch with their marketing department so I sent them a similar email.
Does anyone have a MS LIVE CASHBACK phone number?

My cashback of $131.70 was just canceled because LIVE is reporting the store said I returned the item, which isn't true.

There was a problem with the shipping and I had to pay the post office an extra $9 to receive my item because the seller didn't pay enough postage. So that sotre offered me a small refund.
I would like this resolved ASAP. Please contact me if there are any further problems.
