Haha. That's why I keep saying, after hulk. I'm out of the buying game for a while. I want to get these before I have a family and they steal all my money! Haha
My exact thoughts and I'm 26 lol.
Haha right!?
I canceled cap PF so many times then one day said, 400$ is nothing in the scheme of things, but down the road, I will have other obligations and duties.
My GF and I both have an agreement on no kids until we're married for at least 2 years and I dont plan on getting married til around 28. So I figure I have around 4 more years to build up my collection before my collectible money turns into diaper and college tuition money.
Man. Haha preaching to the choir! Diaper funds talk. Me and my lady started saving a little money, then decided to spend it and have fun for a couple more years. Those talks are awesome, but nerve wrecking at the same time. Haha
All in all, I wish I had more money. Haha
I'm 62...
42 minus the two kids.

Will be 31 in 2 weeks. I have an 18 month old daughter and a son due in August.
Honestly, if I could do it over again, I would have had my kids much younger. We've (collective society and media) turned the beautiful experience of being a parent into some kind of overblown deal. I was clearly wasting my life away by not enjoying this before.

Yeah, my kids are the light of my life. I have two boys, one will be 3 in July, the other is 6 months. I have successfully brainwashed my first into a super hero nut...him and I are together working on the younger one!
I wonder if we should have had kids earlier...looks like you and I started around the same age. Part of me thinks I should have started earlier, but I don't believe that my wife and I were wasting time before having kids. We worked hard to finish university, establish our careers, our finances, our home, and our relationship. So, I think that maybe I enjoy being a parent so much now because we were ready for it.
I don't think there is a wrong way to do it. As long as the kids are loved completely, that is all that matters.
