Thor PF Ex is coming...

Do you already own one? I ordered one just because of its sheer size and detail. I'm not a big fan of Thor but even I fell in awe when I saw the reveal of this piece and had to have it. I can't imagine being disappointed when mine arrives next week (as long as it's in one piece! )

So there really is A LOT of love for this piece?! I'm a little surprised of how much there is. Not saying that the piece doesn't deserve it, but from the sound of it, this may surpass Capt. a lot soon than I thought.

I really think that based on demand, popularity of the character, statue size, dynamic pose, edition size and what the exclusive is, if there ever were to be another marvel piece to reach the 'grail status' this may be it.

hey has anyone else heard of any problems with thor? our local store just got word that their shippment is held up because of some problem with the statues that has to be fixed. now i assume that this is with the regular edition, since i don't think they were able to get any ex.'s

Unlike some of Sideshow's recent releases I have heard of only a few minor occurences. The piece has been good so far.

yeah that's the only thing that i've heard of to this point also. i can't see them holding whole shipments just for one occurance though. unless there has been more that we haven't heard about.

i don't think so either, but it will go up, especially during the movie craziness in a couple of years, just you'll have to make furniture out of the boxes until then, unless you've got lots of extra storage/
