After seeing this in person, I have no idea where I could put this. This ^^^^er is so damn tall. He made the Conan PF look like a 12" figure.

I think it will be like the Hulk, where you wouldn't expect him to be behind glass. But where Hulk should displayed up high, I think Thor would need to be displayed with the base at waist level, so you can see his face.

I think I'm gonna grow a beard in honor of Thor....:monkey1

The Philly Vs Washington series was some of the best hockey I have watched in a long, long, time.

I missed that series. Couldn't get into that series. Two teams that are arch nemesis of my Pens. Well, I don't mind the Caps. Loved watching my Pens dominate the Sens and to a degree, the Flyers.

Mine will go where the Sentinel is...right beside Wolvie, can't wait!

Vader Al, that is one gorgeous display you got there. STELLAR SETUP! :rock

thanks, just a 2-shelf glass display table I have (actually it's from Bath and Body Works...my sister is a store manager) and I had to use it because of Hulk and it worked out well. pics suck though.

You're too modest. Either way, great execution. It looks clean and sharp. Very professional looking setup. It's not always about how much money you spend. My one display unit costs around 1,500. It's a real oak wood Buhler cabinet that stands over six feet, and has glass on three sides, glass shelving, mirrors in the rear so you can get a good 360 view of your displayed items, and comes with a smart and unique light up ability that requires a lil' tap along the door panel and it turns on three different shades of lighting.

Having said all that, simple is sometimes better than elegant. I think your simple display rocks!

yeah i have a display unit but it's too big for my collectible room's size and i'll be taking it out and using detolf's and strong wall shelving....it will open my collectible room up and make for a more neat display. i love looking at everyone's displays for ideas.

Haven't you gone down this road? Is this going to be a pattern I can expect from you? Buy Cap, sell cap.

How many Caps did you originally purchase? How many do you have now? :D

And I actually sold my first two Caps as an act of financial necessity. Since then we had a nice turnaround and I was lucky enough to repurchase an exclusive for the same price I originally sold my first one for. Now I don't *have* to sell anymore, but I'm always looking to have the most bang for my buck in my collection. Cap was the end-all-be-all last year. Then they announce Aragorn, Anakin, Indy, the 12 inch Joe line, and suddenly it isn't so clear cut anymore.

*smacks Khev on the head* MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!! :banghead

If only it were that easy. :)

So shipping date is not too far away... Has anyone's waitlist reseration converted?!? I'm very curious if I'll get through

I have my exclusive reserved and I'm not sure yet if I'll be able to keep it. I hope I can ..... It is gorgeous. I saw it at SDCC and it is one of the best pieces sideshow ever released.

So does that mean you're on the waitlist and hoping it will convert, in which case you're not certain you'll be able to keep it if it does... or... Did you mean your waitlist converted, but you have a hard time deciding whether to keep it (which there is no apparent reason given), despite the fact you have heralded this as the best SideShow piece to come out in a long while...

You're dumber dumb dumb. He said he has his waitlist reserved... but sounds like it got converted. I was making a silly post to find out what he really meant. If he meant it his waitlist reserve was converted, he should have said that.

*smacks P!tu*

DUMB DUMB!!!
