Problem is we dont know how long any of the waitlists are for any items, there could be hundreds of people on a single list maybe more so its impossible to say really.
There are always a few CC declines and people cancelling at the time of processing but the fact that its Marvel and a popular character like Thor I wouldnt count on that many.
If you only got on the waitlist in june, I would definately try looking elsewhere if you want it badly for your collection.

Great work detective! What happened?? I thought this ex-member was trying to offer me his Thor ex for retail, to help a fellow freak. But it seemed that he was already trying to scalp this to me

If you're planning on the REG, then I would ignore "The Hype" and wait for find a deal on eBay during the release date.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if we see the EX available as a Second Chance offer.

...but don't we hear the same old ^^^^ every time a Marvel EX (or any EX for that matter) sells out?

I think there will be a "very brief" window to purchase these on/after the release date. Once you miss that, then I think you'll be SOL.

I'm kinda lost.... Will waitlist orders be fulfilled before this "window"? Cause I'm on the list, but would seem unfair to waitlist folks if people got the chance to snag this before the list was fulfilled Has this "window" you're referring to happened with any other Marvel pieces?

Definitely. I had a wait list order for the Green Hulk PF convert and I got on the wait list *after* he started shipping. Of course the ES was twice as high as Exc. Thor but if you're already on the WL you'll still have a chance.

The "Window" I was referring to includes the Commerece Section, eBay and possibly SSC.

I seem to recall the Comiquettes being readily available. Didn't the Thing EX originally sell-out?

Keep in mind that there are always cancellations for various reasons

1. Buyer is financially strained with existing pre-orders, making rent, feeding their family, buying a house, paying for hookers & blow, etc.

2. Scalper Pre-order gone bad.

3. Returns because of option 2 or some paint/quality control issues.

Within 24 hours. Don't recall the exact time. It was no Stealth Iron Man, but it did take no time for this sucker to sell out.

It actually sold out faster than the SIM. SIM was available for 4 days of SDCC (for attendees anyway) and the last 10% (125) sold out in 8 minutes.

IMO....Bearded Thor is the only way to go if you dont want to suffer from a gay thor display....
