Got mine (to the UK).

I had a figure get from Hong Kong to the UK in 2 days before and that was just before Christmas last year so it's possible but i would say we'll get them after Christmas.

Yay. I just got the confirm shipment email. (Based in Hk)
Mine are different to everyone here.

They are delivering the item on Jan 6th 2015 to my place. So this is a definite date the item will arrive. Two bloody weeks!!

Meh.

Can't wait to see how this turns out for you fellas!

When we start seeing these in hand I'm giving Tyrion his own thread or else this will be a cluster **** of a thread. We can keep this one for upcoming releases and those work table sneak peeks. Besides, Ned has his own thread.

Can't wait to see the incoming flood of pics, my Amazon Japan order still says I won't have it until early Feb, plenty of time to cancel if he's sub-par...

I thought you can't order toys from Amazon Japan? I tried to order some Transformers a couple of years ago but they cancelled them. Only books. Has it changed?

Yeah, while they don't ship everything they do ship globally, there's a sidebar that says "amazon global" if you click it it will show you all the stuff they ship worldwide. They won't ship Hot Toys though, you'd have to use a proxy like Big In Japan to order those...

Nice surprise to wake up to the tracking number notification! I'm not expecting this before Xmas. With delays due to the holidays I'll be pleasantly surprised if I get this before the end of the year.

Why doesn't anyone just reply and ask instead...

Even better is just to wait until it shows up. It doesn't matter what it means.

Incidentally these packages are shipping with SingPost - Singapore post. I've received plenty of stuff over the past two years with quality tracking and good delivery times via SingPost. I'm just uncertain what service level the "RP" in the tracking number indicates as it's one I'm not familiar with. It's not Express/EMS - those start with an "E"

Agree. Im not the one concern cos they have given me a final date on arrival. I just see so many in here concern with their wordings yet don't ask them directly why. Beats me why they would expect ppl in here to know the answer when they could just ask the CS.

Yep, nice surprise to wake up to the email from 3zero today. Says it should ship Friday, so it should be here before year end depending on how things go with all the holiday packages flying around.

Normally that kind of thing doesn't need to be included, but I know why they did it. There are a lot of impatient people, so when they get a tracking number they expect to be able to track it immediately - but that's not likely going to work because it often takes at least a day for items to show up in tracking systems. With this kind of mass shipment, it will take even longer.

What 3Zero will do is generate hundreds of shipping labels and emails at one time. The tracking numbers are issued immediately and they send out the emails because people are anxiously awaiting them - it's typically better to hold off on the email for a day or two. So now 3Zero will finish the packing stage by applying all those labels and the packages are trucked to the post office. There they'll probably wait a little while to get scanned as the volume will no doubt be large. This creates an added gap between receiving the tracking number and when it actually shows meaningful information. That info will probably still only be a day or two later once they start to move - the first scan is just acceptance and may not even happen due to the large volume of stuff received at one time.

Holiday mail volumes only make things worse.

iOS and Mac users: Download "Delivery Status" and plug the number into that - now forget about it and you'll get notifications automatically.

I'm from Hk and as I mentioned earlier threeA and threeZero don't use EMS to get their products from china to Hk.

The postal system in china is even faster than Hk and the courier that they used each time has been very reliable to me.

It seems they have used different emails for overseas and locals. Cos with my email I get a definite date on arrival so for sure internally they have figured all of this out.

Of course I know that tracking info doesn't get updated immediately and it's always best to wait a day or two till the system catches up. For Hk I never asked threeA/zero for a tracking number as they have been finalised already. I have no problems with their courier at all.

No idea about China to HK (factory to office/distribution), but the international tracking I've received for delivery to Canada, originates in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Here is the email in its entirety for others reference:

Hi,

Here is tracking no:

Item: PlasticToys: Tyrion
Tracking no: RP###########SG
Order no: 11NNNN
Receiver: My Name
Shipping address: My Address in Canada
Country: Canada
Declared value: usd 20
Mail tracking: Quantium Solutions Hong Kong - Your Trusted Fulfilment Partner or Singapore Post - Official Website

We would ready to ship on this Friday, please trace it on next Thursday. Thanks.

If you haven’t received it after 18 working days unclouded Sat, Sun and holiday and the start shipping date depends on the Quantium website, please kindly to contact us: [email protected] thanks.

Best regards,
3Zero

So, they're saying the goods will be ready to ship on Friday, not that they will ship. They may still be waiting for them to come from the factory in China and if there's a delay, don't freak out. Next they're saying allow 18 business days after package shipping/acceptance confirmation (verified via tracking) for delivery before contacting them. Pretty standard, I do the same with everything I ship out, ask people only to contact me after 15 business days.

At this point I know he won't be hanging out in my Christmas tree, so it doesn't matter to me when he arrives. ;)

Yeah. Different customers, different standards. It looks like they are advising people to wait up until next Thursday to start getting some tracking info. Seems simple email to understand.

much simpler. When they say ship on. They actually meant delivered on that date. Sometimes their English isn't always spot on. But asking them through CS will clear any misunderstanding easily.

Has anyone ever ordered from them before? Do their products come with a shipper and do they double box?
