Thanks guys! I'm much happier with him now.

Gruff what I did was use goof off and q tips to strip the paint off. It took like 4 q tips a hand to get it all off. Their paint was so gunky which was part of the problem but goof off is also erosive so I pushed hard to smooth Out the details as I stripped avoiding only the ring areas. Then I did some light sanding after to further refine. I refined the book holding hand the most as that one was ridiculus it had messy veins and lines that looked inhuman.

Then I painted them the same way I do heads, with a very thin base coat, light washes and pastel tones in the right places as well as tiny skin spots and moles.

Took forever but worth it. I never want to do it again though.

The only other mod I did was paint the tiny but prominent mole on his right cheek that 3zero missed.

And it's worth mentioning the book, after it smashed I glued it back together and had to add peices of styrene to fill in the parts that were too broken to repair, I had to weather the whole book to disguise the areas I filled so it all fit in. You can see the weathering when the light hits it right and i actuslly think it looks more realistic now anywah but still hope someone does a real bound replacement.

Makes me think they'll be able to fix Shepard's sculpt... Which will make me mad since I didn't PO the ex.

Unproven in licensed properties only I suppose. They've been high-end boutique for a long time, handling production for all the 3A stuff too.

If I was making a diorama for Tyrion I'd try to set up a wooden table with a nice chair and shelves behind him. A nice little chest to the side would go along with all that too [emoji102]

Yeah, I was thinking just the same, sadly all the 1/6 chairs I like for Tyrion are long sold out.

There's one coming later this year I like though, one included with a medicom RAH figure, "Levi suit version", maybe I'll try to get it once it hits the bargain bin

wonder if there would be enough interest for a sculptor to do a run of book style Tyrion head sculpts? book style as in per book description(diff color eyes i.e.) and like the art seen in the a song of fire and ice calendars.
