Through Gimbat, ThreeZero keeps an eye on the board and I think the posts are overwhelming in favor of a Hound figure being wanted, so I think they'll take note of that. I think Tyrion and Ned are great choices to start off the line though. Once you get past them, I think everyone has a different favorite character after that point.

Yup. I think those are the most popular. I think if I absolutely had to have only one I think it would have to be Ned. But even that is a tough choice.

After those would be Lord Tywin for me without a doubt. Charles Dance has done so much for that character. He is a must have in 1/6 form. I wonder when we'll hear something official. Has anyone asked Gimbat?

I too love Tywin in the series. In the book I thought he was rather forgettable. Certainly not the commanding presence he has in the show.

If it were Hot Toys the line would be Tyrion, Ned and then nothing. Hopefully ThreeZero will go deeper.
Jon and Dany are a must for any GoT line - I'd think they're a given. I wouldn't have said that Ned would be necessary, but it does seem he's included. I'd love Cersei too, she has great costumes, but it's exactly a boy's toy type of character. Arya doesn't even have interesting costumes (yet).

Really? I thought Tywin was great. The thing is he was a background character and not a lot of page time, but his lines and all his scenes were awesome. It's just Dance really took him to another level. He just has the prefect face. He stares at you and you just turn to putty. His Tywin is the last person I would want to cross in Westeros. Well, him and Bolton.
They did the same with Robb. An important character but not a lot of page time. Robb got a lot more screen time in the show than he did in the book. I dig him in the show and would maybe buy a figure of him. It depends on how much these are though. If these are priced like the TWD figures than this may be the first line I'd be a completist for.

Yeah, that scene with him and Joffrey is one of my favorites. Plus, it's shot so beautifully as Tywin walks in to the throne room.

Thats sad to hear, I have yet to start reading the books, but its on my to do list, and I think in the TV series hes one of the best characters, maybe due to Dance's protrayal, but his screen presence is great, but I was really looking forward to "more" of him in the books.

Well you certainly wont get more of him, but less. Same goes for Robb Stark and others. As far as being forgettable that's totally Buttmunches opinion. Many people have love for Tywin long before the show came to life. Give the books a chance.

He was only forgettable in the books because there are SO MANY freaking characters in the books, and frankly at times it was hard to keep track of them all. The show really defined him for me. He was just another background Lannister in the book because he was only there from time to time. He certainly didn't have that commanding presence that he does on the show. He's a top want for me as far as figures go.
But yeah, he and Robb definitely got better treatments on the show than they did in the books. Both are major players in the events, but were really sidelined in the story telling of the books and the perspectives they are told from. I think watchers of the show would find it hard to believe Robb isn't one of the characters the book is told from.
So I'm a big fan of the show making things so much more understandable. I find the books hard to follow at times when I can barely tell people apart let alone pronounce their names. The show makes each character stand out more and be more unique.
