With that much interest in the line, I'm surprised they haven't been following this thread to know how everything stands. Or ThreeZero's facebook to see updates. Hey, send along a link to this rumor that was mentioned maybe. The message content was uncalled for to ThreeZero and of no use here in this thread. Even better would be mentioning a collection of bootleg figures to ThreeZero. That would take the cake.

We used to get some nice previews and info from ThreeZero and now we don't. Don't confuse my concern with wanting to protect ThreeZero. It's motivated by my own desires for this line. The message was pure crap - and that's putting it as mildly as I can. I still think this "I heard" nonsense was BS.

My original message:

Why would you start a message to ThreeZero with a lie? No one has ever said they weren't continuing the line - plenty of times the opposite has been said in fact, including by ThreeZero themselves. It's nice of them to reply, but writing disingenuous messages to them is wrong, IMO.

Even my 5yo daughter knows that's not rudeness. But I get it. The message was signed "Natasha" and a few people here maybe want to feel a little chivalrous .

The info we were getting earlier in the thread was from Gimbat, he works for 3A, I think he was just here because of the close ties between the two companies. Not as an official 3Zero rep. I haven't seen him post in any thread around here for a while, other than upcoming 3A release threads.

I would think the OP is way more likely to keep 3Zero and 3A reps away from this thread than someone posting a question on friend face.

I own both the 10inch figures as well as the Pets. Just not the same, scale wise.

If a PO goes up and they get a million orders, they'll produce a million figures. Don't worry about missing 3Zero's direct sale EX, there are enough people interested and posting here that the moment something happens this thread will be ablaze.

Season 1 Rick is cool but so dated by now. Season 4/5 is all I want.

If they made a season 4/5 Rick right now, you'd be saying he was so dated and all you want is a season 6 Rick by the time he comes out. Its just an unfortunate fact that TV merch will always be a season or two behind the current looks/events. McFarlane is trying to keep up, but even when they get ahead of the curve and make a figure like Abraham before he was really on the much, by the time the figure was at retail, even his outfit had changed. Sometimes its better to wait a bit and see what outfits will end up being iconic. Sure, season 1 Rick looks nothing like season 5 Rick, but that sheriff outfit is still very iconic. Partnered up with Bicycle Girl, and you've got an iconic scene from the pilot. It will sell just fine.

If you want more current looks, the only route are customs really.

I want a Season 2 Rick figure the most, but we're probably going to get Season 1 Rick first. We'll almost certainly get at least a second Rick and that will come with some kind of beard.
