Great interview. Thanks a ton for posting it. Can't wait to see how Rick, Daryl and Michonne turn out as well as the tweaked Merle sculpt. I'm also glad to see they will be making the Well Walker too. At $130 to $150 these are gonna be to hard to pass up.

Thanks guys, and thanks to Gimbat for the assist. There are obviously some follow up questions (Pets variant for starters) and a question about accessories for human characters was omitted (too early to ask). Hope to do another in the not-too-distant future.
Loving the fact that Kim and ThreeZero are communicating with fans on these. I think that's crucial to getting this line off and running.

I just hope he doesn't come with the split in two gimmick - it would be cool but I don't see how they could pull that off without sacrificing something.

This. For $130 to $150 I can see myself possibly picking up some characters I normally wouldn't if they were in the HT price range. Hopefully TZ makes a bunch of Walkers.
I wouldn't mind if he split in two if they are able to do it without taking away the aesthetics of the figure but I don't see that happening.

While the target price is great news, let's wait and see what the actual purchase price in North America ends up being. Hopefully these go up for pre-order around mid-October when Season 4 premieres. And hopefully we'll have some new images by then as well.

I'm so happy ThreeZero is doing this over HT (can almost get two for the price of what one HT goes for these days), I LOVE my ThreeA Metal Gear Rex, can't wait to see how well the figures come out with the weathering. I hope we get a Governor too!

In my opinion The Governor is a lock as long as the line lasts a year or so. He was in Season 3 and will be the focus of at least two Season 4 episodes. The only question is whether he will be based on his Season 3 or Season 4 appearance.
I'm more concerned about seeing deceased core characters like Shane. He's obviously huge to the show, but his time will soon be two seasons old and that makes him riskier to invest the tooling into. The Well Walker confirmation does add a sliver of hope.

I'm not a huge Shane fan but I'd be very disappointed if he doesn't get made.

He has, but he wouldn't be much of an "action" figure as he's an old guy with one leg. He'd be risky to make.
