It is always worth a shot. I have gotten kick *** deals in the past because of online screw ups.

And if you get can 25% off both because you tried well then actually I think we were the smart ones for trying it out.

I've ask their customer service twice about my order and why is there an error? The first time they told me my order was processing but didn't clarify it was for the 2-pack so I'm asking again to make sure or I'm canceling... It seems like their customer service department is just lost...

Ya I emailed also about shipping because I refuse to use ups and it says on their site they use ups and usps but I was told I can't choose a shipping carrier specifically because they can't haha what a joke, if ups shows up it's going right back where it came from

I put in an order for the Pets on the off chance they'd honor the mistake/discount, but since they're not, I pulled the plug. (Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?) Even though the additional 25% off (whether that's for one or both) makes them cheaper at myplaydirect than anywhere else, I still nixed it. I don't mind paying a few bucks more for the customer service and general reliability of BBTS.

It's 25% off the second figure. If you ordered during the promotional period the first time you still get the discounted price for your first order, but it's not 25% for both.

Hindsights always 20/20. IF this had gone thru, we all would have won. But since it didn't, I, like many others, cancelled. No skin off my back. It was worth a shot.

I haven't cancelled. I've been rest assured from a rep that I talked to that I would in fact get both. We shall see!

I just got the message saying my order will only be for 1 figure also. I sent them a reply email stating I would like 25% both figures because of the inconvenience as this is the 3rd time I've emailed them and if not I want to cancel. I was also assured in my last email my order was for both zombies

So 'Cancellation Requested' probably just means the order status is that the cancellation was requested by the customer.

Thank you sir. Hopefully next time it will get updated that my order is really been cancelled. We will find out soon

I haven't received any email like you guys are talking about yet. Weird.

I've emailed them several times asking them what I'm getting with my order and so on because it seems like I get a different answer every time.

I just got the return email saying it's only 25% off one figure as well. I'm going to cancel now. Not worth the hassle

I didn't ask anything about shipping just why their was a error on my order and if I was getting both figures I'm starting to understand all the negetive feedback their CS gets
