Actually looks pretty decent for third party. The face still needs a bit of work and would probably be better with a closed mouth, but I can definitely see the likeness there.

Don't think I'd totally rule out HT making their own version though.

Yeah I love this outfit! I wouldn’t mind combining this outfit and body with a better head (although I don’t think this one is bad)

Doesn't really look like Tessa Thompson and I don't really buy third party. But a Valkyrie is at least better than no Valkyrie for those folks wanting to add to their big Endgame display.

Hopefully this just means more incentive for Hot Toys to finally do a Valkyrie with Love and Thunder.

The Pegasus would be more appealing if it was in a flying pose with the legs up. I think the pose they were going for is right when she emerges from Dr Strange's portal. Would be cool if it came with a portal backdrop.

I think the problem with the sculpt is the eyebrows are totally neutral so she looks blank. She needs angry/serious eyebrows to show more emotion.

It's a decent effort from a third party but it looks more like a caricature to me. It's passable from straight on but the rest of the angles don't really look like her. If she didn't have the outfit I would think it's Aisha Tyler.

I’m seeing a lot of Tessa here. If I weren’t done buying MCU (except Spidey villains) I may have picked her up. Be nice for another 3P to give Mantis a second crack although maybe she’ll finally get the HT treatment they’ve teased for so long after GOTG 3.

What are general thoughts on Thunder Toys? I saw one review for their western ghost rider figure…are they one of the “change our name when we put out a new figure” companies or totally new?

Looks pretty good but I just personally couldn't rationalise jumping in until I see final production pictures as well as reviews. Thrilled someone is making it though, this is one of my favourite costumes in the whole MCU. If HT do do a Valkyrie from Love and Thunder you could potentially put that head sculpt on here as she has the more braided look in Endgame when she's on the Pegasus. It's not perfect but could potentially work. Time will tell but I'm definitely intrigued.
