Should his trigger finger look like this? And if not, is this worth an exchange? I admit that it's just about the first thing I noticed during his initial inspection.

The name plate is a rectangle, like the first Connery PF. It still does not match the Brosnan or Moore PFs with the round/oval name plates.

that sucks, hell yeah it's worth sending back, that's b.s. that that passed QC review...too blatant.

I'm having a hard time getting a picture that accurately captures how fugly that finger looks in person. I don't know how much comes across in these shots, but it certainly looks...unnatural. Part of it is inhumanly skinny, and then there is a big blob of fatty tissue dripping off where the finger touches the trigger.

It's like his index finger tapers off to a premature finish, at which point he has a second (and fatter) thumb growing off the end. Apparently, whoever painted it thought it looked OK enough to proceed, but the effect is bizarre in person.

It looks pretty noticeable, Tom. Especially being his trigger finger. I'd say return it.

I don't really feel like bothering with the return process, but it is Bond--he's licensed to kill and it's his gun and his trigger finger, and your attention is kind of naturally drawn to it.

I didn't notice the globby finger on mine but I'll check it again today and take a pic for you. In any event it shouldn't look like that and you did the right thing IMO.

I have not received mine yet but fingers are usually weird on PFs. For example on my Leia PF, the fingers are kind of rough making her look like an old lady. Yours was extreme though I think....I will take some detailed pictures on Saturday.

I hope all my PFs arrive in great shape. IT seems I am constantly returning them due to QC issues, which is such a pain.

Yours looks pretty normal. I'm not sure if they will have any replacements with this piece--have to wait and see. I don't mind waiting since I don't have a place for this anyway...

Just got him open to inspect and to give the finger to T...

Best I can do for now... but this PF is nearly perfect, you can at least tell the paint apps are excellent and the iconic suit is amazing...

Yeah, I canceled too... I could have just gotten it and then sold it, but I decided to let someone on the wait list get it.
