That is exactly what I fear teemu. Since they don't limit the amount per account, just per order, the scalpers will swoop in every day and make the sell outs quicker and quicker. Plus these won't be available to purchase in person at SDCC for anyone going. Stock is limited to Matty Collector this week and the preorders that took place last month.

Most likely right alongside the closing of that ridiculous website.

More tomorrow? What a waste of time. Release them ALL today and be done with it. God I hate Mattel sometimes. If they would have mentioned they planned on doing this from the GET GO that would have been nice but that's asking a lot from Matty, I know.

Still not sure what's going on with the failed credit card though, it's the same one they use for my MOTUC sub...

I bit for Thundercats but no way am I showing up every day this week for 2 minute sellouts on core characters when I have a sub. Fool me twice shame on me. I shoulda known.

While I'm not sure if I would have received the CC error, the $75 total with tax (wha??), really made me flinch. So I'm not even sure I'm sorry they sold out today, or if I'll try tomorrow.

Pulling them from SDCC and putting them up for sale before the convention makes it seem like they are trying to dump stock before everyone finds out the line will not be continued, but I hope I am wrong about that.

That's what it looks like to me. Many would be less inclined to bother purchasing these if the core team will be incomplete.

Wow, it's worse than I feared. I came in here just to see how things went but they went even worse than I expected. I haven't actively bought from Matty since they ended their Ghostbusters sub a couple years back but this sounds like the same *****. Let me guess, you guys probably saw the classic Matty white screens too? Ugh. I'm starting to regret doing the thundercats sub. I was hoping the kittens would last long enough that I could wait a week or two to order them(money was too tight this last paycheck for me to squeeze them in) but it sounds like Matty pulling this crap every day is just going to be good for scalpers and scalpers only. Much as it pains me to do so, if this is the only way to get the thunderkittens, guess I just won't be getting them.

I wonder if the regular release ( C'mon we know it's coming ) of the thunder kittens will include hover boards

I would bet the kittens will get a regular release down the road. But if it's not guaranteed before the next sub I'll just sell off what I have. I'm sure the Sub-Raa figure alone will sell for enough that I'll get my money back.

I don't even complain about the QC/design issues with Mattel. But now they're going out of their way to torture even the people who sub.
