Yeah i just checked their site and saw that,but this seller got his directly from sideshow.

First, I'd just send Sideshow an e-mail and let them know your situation. They might make an exception in your case. If that doesn't work then I'd try to get the seller to help you out since he bought it direct. I'd think he'd want to help since you're not making him take the whole thing back due to the problem and he gets to keep his money.

Thanks for the help everyone,i sent the ebay seller and sideshow an email about this,here are a few pics,it is hasn`t entirely broken off,but there is a tiny tiny part that still holds the part in place,but waving it and the part is dangling up and down.

It might not be possible, but you may want to see if the seller will send your pics to Sideshow and send the bandanna to you when he gets it. The only reason I say this is because in their policy they state that they don't cover the items if they're not directly purchased through them ie: retailers and auctions.

I agree it's not exactly from Sideshow, so the eBay dude has a better chance of getting the exchange. Since he bought directly from Sideshow and the invoice is in his name.

I think Shredder and Splinter are sure things, and Caseys a pretty good bet too cause he seems to be pretty popular. Those three and one lesser known character (Slash would be my vote, but Baxter, Rat king or Leatherhead etc) would make me a very happy man....

Yep, I agree that this would be it. Others wouldn't make sense until these 4 are done.
